EK here! I am writing about one of the Sweetest and most Giving ladies I know! Kristine Curley is Jimmie Johnson's Public Relations Representative! WOW she has truly made my first year as a Jimmie fan so unbelieveable!  Kristine goes above and beyond for Jimmie's Fans and enjoys what she does! She will Tweet and let you know whats going on! ok so I have a few short stories for you all! My first almost got to meet Kristine was when I won Jimmie Jam Tickets to Richmond wow What a trip let me give you some back ground! ok first started with the email I have got saying Congratulations You won Jimmie Jam Tickets I couldn't talk for a few minutes lol Then Second is I had to take off work (almost lost my Job) then had to make sure my sister could go and so we were both able to go and keep our jobs lol! So my sister and I rented a car left for VA drove 7 hours in the car watched Jimmie Jam and turned around and drove 7 hours back home and we didn't even get to go to the race! It was so Fantastic!!!!!  Also got to see my Lanette and Jim BIG SMILE but I was tweetin Kristine and the service was icky but i finally got in touch with her but is was already Gone! Second was in Charlotte at the Race! I went to Tweet up and she had sent a autographed Jimmie Car to me Yes I Cried like a Baby! I felt so Love by Kristine and JJ  then also the Girls from Team Hendrick gave me a signed poster of JJ and Chad Yes I cried again! Also Jeff Gluck told me to wait around and I did and I thought I was going to meet the lovely Kristine But she was with Jimmie  I did Leave her a voice mail! So Kristine I Cant wait to Meet you! You are a Super Woman! So Kristine this is for you!!!! THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART! I WILL BE FOREVER GRATEFUL! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you for all you do for Me and  Jimmie's Fans! Love you Girl!

81 days to daytona

Were counting them down and the days are moving quick! EK and I are very very excited about the upcoming season, and we hope you are too! Right now it looks like we're going to have a great nascar season with some new races being added in Kentucky, and another great chase next fall.  This year the chase couldnt have been more dramatic, and we're both glad we were along for the ride. There are a lot of drivers we watched get better and better as the season carried on (especially Joey Logano and that #20 car watch out for him in 2011!) So you're thoughts we've not started the season yet so tell us who you think the next sprint cup chase champ will be?

82 days to daytona!

LJ here! 82 days times flying! Me and ek may not be blogging as frequently at christmas she works harder than anyone I known and I'm a crazy nursing student (with no excuse haha) but today I'm going to highlight redbull racing which just happens to be kasey kahne, brian vickers, and scott speed's team. This past season redbull didn't have the hendrick finishes but you want to talk about a determined team who really does have wings, this is it. They fly under the radar and have made the chase several years as well as had many poles. Recently kasey kahne took the final pole of the season at homestead, giving light to what a great year RBR will have next year! Good luck kasey, scott, and brian next season!

My Nascar Fun Fact!

Hey Everyone, EK here! Sorry I haven't been on for a few days! I hope everyone had a wonderful and Blessed Thanksgiving! I did< I wish I could have been with each and everyone of you! I hope Black Friday Treated you well and I hope you treated the Workers nice as well! I was yelled and Cussed at for Soap :( Well anyways its been a sad weekend with out Nascar! Let me Let you on a Little Secret... I use to think Nascar was STUPID and a waste of Gas lol! 2010 Was my first year as a Nascar Fan (what a BLAST) You and I can Thank HBO for Jimmie's 24/7 to Daytona! I fell in Love with Team 48 and Rick Hendrick! I love how much goes into a Race Car and how hard a team has to work! Then of course my Love for Chad Bloomed lol hahahah! I Love going to races and totally Freak out if I have to work on a Sunday! I Eat, Sleep and Breathe Nascar!  Well Now you know a little more about me! Have a great night! LOVES

86 days!

Sorry for no blog yesterday I was at work and miss emilee was trying to keep me calm on my first thanksgiving away from my family. We've got 88 days and its still thanksgiving so we'll decide what it is I've been thankful for this past year. Really where to begin because this honestly has been the best year ever. I'm thankful for my best friend and partner in crime most of all miss emilee kate :-) I'm thankful to kasey kahne for being hot and still driving, please give me wings in 2011. I'm thankful for the amazing trips we"ve take to charlotte motor speedway, and bristol motor speedway and all the amazing fans we've met this year from our trips (including @missbatwoman, @missouriracefan, @sperrine06, and many many more!) Thank you to our new twitter friends @jennbowen40 and @tiffanygreen48 for being our sisters from another states we look forward to meeting you both soon! And thank you more so nascar, for bringing us to all these amazing people we've met in the past year. We've made lifetime friends, and that is what makes our sport so great, we're lifelong friends supporting different drivers all in the same sport! Thank you to all of you reading this as well I'd hug all of you in person and will if that day comes but really thank you and continue to spread the word! Hendrick Tango

EK here! So What is your opinion about the move around at Hendrick? Good, Bad or the Ugly?  I was nervous at first with putting the 48 and the 88 together and before I go any farther I am not Hating on Jr (I like Him) now that we got that out of the way! I just hope everyone plays nice and gets along! Then With the 5 and 24 awww I love Mark Markin My favorite quote from him "I'll Race you Like you Race me" I hope that works out for them! I know all the Boys at Hendrick will do Big things in 2011! I hope to see more wins out of the Hendrick Team! #Blessthe48,5,88,24!

This is my Scoop on Lovely Lanette. WOW first off I would like to thank Twitter for the wonderful networking also Bristol motor Speedway  lol! If it wasn't for twitter, Bristol and the Good Lord above I would have never met this wonderful and Caring lady! It was one of the Best days ever in my 24 year life when I met Lanette and Jim (such sweet people) I will never forget it . I knew for the moment I hugged them I said to myself  that is my family and I know I could ask them anything ! I know Lindsay would say the same! Thank You for you Beautiful friendship, encouraging words, sweet smiles, love of NASCAR and your unforgettable hugs! Because of you Lanette you make me want to be a better person! Love you and Jim so Much!

88 Days to Daytona Friends!

#88 on the countdown to Daytona comes from our new friendships we developed from being NASCAR fans.  This is Miss Lanette, or as many of you know from twitter, @Missouriracefan.  She is the reason NASCAR is amazing, she and her husband embody friendship, and a love of racing that spans across drivers, states, and age.  In the past year just to give you an example of how awesome she is shes given me, emilee, and my little sister leslie (twitter name:lovinglogano2010) prizes from her race trips, and tweetups.  She and her husband took the time to meet me and Emilee (emileekate48) at Bristol in August, and we've been in constant twitter communication ever since.  Leslie, my little logano lover, called her our fairy godmother, which really is what she has been to me and Emilee.  She is the fairy godmother of NASCAR, sharing in our personal achievements, and checking in on us everyday. She's way better than a mom, sister, or grandmother, she is always there with funny words, race humor, and advice on life and racing.  So today is for you miss lanette and your husband for being what every NASCAR fan is, a fairy godmother to those of us new to the sport. 

As well, its almost time to order your season tickets, and regular season race tickets for Bristol Motor Speedway.  So get on the phone, the ticketmaster, or whatever you use to get those bad boys and make it happen.  Bristol was literally the best weekend of my life in August, and I know that we're going to top it in 2011.  It's southern hospitality meets hard racing, and it will be the best race you see.  Its tight knit, tailgaiting, and everyones family so you dont meet a stranger.  Me and Emilee both would encourage you to attend this race at least once, but once you go you'll keep going back.  Bristol Motor Speedway embodies and lives its motto of  "Racin' the way it oughta be"

Countdown to Daytona 89 Days!

I'm a countdown kind of girl so in the next 89 days I'm going to give you 89 reasons why I and every other fan loves NASCAR and if they don't they should try it. This past year I lived out the only dream I've had for the last five years. It passed through 2 serious boyfriends, different jobs, and even a start in college. That was to meet my favorite drive KASEY KAHNE! When we found out he was going to be at the food city in bristol (I live in bristol for those of you who were wondering) my best friend wasted no time getting me to kasey. We waited in line for four hours and met amazing friends who we took pictures with and keep up with on twitter (shoutout sperrine06). When I finally met kasey they told him I was his biggest fan and he said "well she is the prettiest". I couldve been hit by a truck in the parking lot and my life wouldve been complete! I swear to you all still my wedding day, the birth of my kids will never compare to my meeting Kasey, unless of course I marry and birth his kids! Our sport is the most amazing because we aren't picking one team versus another. We have over 50 drivers weekly to pick from and can choose to change when one of our other favorites needs more support (welcome to my last 3 weeks supporting JJ for a 5th championship!) I love our sport and that we get to come up close and personal with those drivers we love, hate, and love to hate.

Reason #89 nascar rocks: we get up close and personal with our favorite driver and sometimes they make our lives complete! I love nascar, and this thanksgiving I'm thankful it let me live out my dreams, so thank you Kasey Kahne, Kasey Kahne racing, Bristol Motor Speedway, and NASCAR I love all of you :-)---lindsaykahne83

A-lot of Talk!

ok so I dont understand all the "talk" about Nascar fans leaving the sport now that JJ has won his Drivefor5! The Man can Drive.... Its a Fact! I Cheer for alot for a lot of Drivers. I want everyone to race hard and have a great race! I cheered for Carl Edwards who would have thought, also I wanted Denny and Kevin to give it all for the last race and they did.! But if you were a True Nascar fan why would you leave? That's my Biggest question! I cant wrap my head around it. Wouldn't you want YOUR Driver to Win and Cheer him on for the win. How could you cheer them if your not watching or going to race when you can! I know me and Lindsay are Proud to go to Races and where are favorite driver T shirt! Well thats just a little food for thought! Lets Keep Nascar alive! Let me Know your Thoughts ~EK

Excited about Nascar!

Hello Loves!  Emilee Kate here! What a Great Season for all of Nascar! Lindsay and myself are super excited to start GIRLS GONE NASCAR!!!! As Lindsay said my favorite driver is Jimmie Johnson and her Kasey Kahne but we wont just talk about them! We will Talk about each Race in the 2011 Season! We are NOT trash talkers and we wont allow it! (Yes we all have drivers we don't care for) We are so Blessed and Grateful to have you following this Blog! Enjoy the off Season 90 Days until Daytona! We are so Excited! Enjoy 

Congrats to Emilee's favorite, and one of my new favorite drivers MR. JIMMIE JOHNSON and the entrie lowes team.  It was a great championship,and really as Mr. Hendrick stated "it'll go till the last lap" and it almost did.  This championship race unlike the ones before it was full of suspense and why NASCAR is great.  It was the last race of 2010 and what an amazing year it was NASCAR and for me and emilee.  We had a great year, thanks to the awesome folks at Bristol Motor Speedway, and the fans we've met and made friendships along the way.  Stay tuned, because friends 2011 is starting and its going to be a wild ride for NASCAR and these two girls :-)
